Stop Wasting Your Money! Get VOIP and Save $$$$
I recently became an agent for BroadVoice to sell their service. I've been using their service for over two years now and I am very satisfied. I signed up when I lived in Hawaii after having trouble with another VOIP provider. The main reason I went to BroadVoice is that they have 24/7 customer support by phone, call and someone is there to help. Of course if your phone don't work you can't use that, so they also offer email support during normal business hours. Most people have a cell phone as I do to use the 24/7 phone support.

The second reason I joined is the price, $9.95 for in state unlimited and $19.95 for worldwide unlimited long distance. I have the unlimited worldwide service and absolutely love being able to call anywhere in the country for free. I purchased my domains (including this one, abcwd.com) through godaddy.com and if I had trouble I would have to think about whether or not I wanted to call because It's long distance and you'll be on hold for a while. Now I just call, they can put me hold for an hour or more, I don't care, it's free.

I can't say enough about this service. People I talk to on the phone are surprised when I tell them I'm using VOIP because they cannot tell the difference between my VOIP and regular phone service. The calls are clear. Because it's internet phone you might have a bad call now and again, but I would say that 99.9% of my calls are perfect, I think that's as good as a regular phone company.

I will add this, because it's internet phone, it will not work when the power is out or if your internet is down, but the price makes up for that, and if you have a cell phone you can use that during these times. Since I've moved to Milwaukee in June of 2006 my power has not been out once and my internet not been down either so I haven't had to deal with that problem.
